You might be working in schools, hospitals, innovative companies, NGOs, or other dynamic fields. But let’s be real—sustainability isn’t truly happening. It hasn’t delivered the results you were hoping for because there’s been no real transformation and a lack of clarity about our feelings. Without that transformation, there’s no healing or initiation. So, people don’t really change; they only shift on the surface or get manipulated—it feels more like an intellectual exercise than anything genuine. The concept of "sustainability" is often used by corporations and politicians as a means of obscuring their profit-oriented motives and greenwashing their practices. It is not possible to sustain modern culture without annihilating more life on Earth. There is a different approach to sustainability that is already possible. It is the quality of being regenerative, which nature already knows how to do. Humans do not. Regeneration is a new frontier. If we do not figure this out now, we will never do so. Archiarchy is regenerative. Archiarchy emerges through an economics of nonmaterial value.

A key ingredient to the shift from patriarchy to Archiarchy is replacing profit with authentic adulthood initiatory processes as the highest value at the center of your culture. Distinctions replace money as the central Nonmaterial Value. Who decides this? At the center of Archiarchal cultures is the archetypally initiated adult feminine ecstatically co-creating with the archetypally initiated adult masculine. Nobody can prepare you for initiation. Nobody can stop you from preparing yourself. The preparation initiates the initiation. How will you know you are prepared? When you suddenly find yourself at the next level. But then you are already not prepared enough for the next further initiation.

You may be a mother who has recently given birth or is in the initial stages of motherhood: you are currently in a phase of significant transformation and fluidity. Additionally, you could be a men or a woman leaving work to start a business. You might not be making much money because you're working in a patriarchal system.

You have been trained that learning involves pattern recognition. To an even greater degree, however, learning (especially expansive learning) also involves pattern disintegration. Patterns disintegrate through learning new core ideas, called “memes.” A meme is a fundamental instruction for the design of your mind in the same way that a gene is a fundamental instruction for the design of your body. Developing new competence in relating implies that the old patterns release their grip. Your old view disassembles. Let Your Patterns Disintegrate. When you face reality and your old memes, you will contact your part who is desperate enough, depressed enough, lonely enough, clueless enough to say: "let's try something different." You are ready to do crazy experiments because whatever you've tried before did not work.

You are at the edge in your life. You have your back against the wall. The gameworld of modern culture, its constructs, its rules of engagement, its beliefs have an edge. They are not omnipresent and omnipotent because they are, as any gameworld, only a game, only one possible interpretation of the world. It is dangerous and shocking to say such things. It might very may well be considered heretical in the eyes of the believer of modern culture.

Modern culture does not consider itself as one of the cultures. No, the others, out there, those who live in the forest and drink from the rivers, those are the cultures. Modern culture is the ultimate civilisation that other culture should aim at becoming. Only in its own eyes, modernisation is the best thing that human beings have ever invented and the logical evolution of any culture. Suggesting that modern culture is just one of the cultures and therefore is not omnipotent will make you look crazy in the eyes of most.
